My name is James Haynes, U.S. Army (Ret.), CEO and Founder of VauntCourier - Tax & Financial Services. In 2020, I founded VauntCourier in an effort to assist U.S. Citizens living abroad, with a particular focus on Military Service members, DOD employees and their families. My goal is to help Americans living abroad in navigating the financial complexities of life overseas.
Prior to founding VauntCourier, I served 20-years in the U.S. Army; where I held every position from Private to First Sergeant. Always steadfastly committed to the mission and dedicated to excellence. As CEO of VauntCourier, my current mission is to provide that same commitment and dedication to the service of my clients.
My specialties include Investment planning and portfolio management as well as tax planning and tax preparation. I am a Financial Advisor (FA), Certified Tax Preparer (CTP), IRS Registered Tax Professional (RTP), and Portfolio Manager.

Wiesbaden
LOCATION
Wiesbaden (Germany) is not just the location where VauntCourier opened the doors of its first office in 2020, it is also the capital of the Federal State of Hessia (Hessen), located at the foot of the forested Taunus Hills near the Rhine River.
The city has a regal flair, due to old, restored buildings built in the 1800’s and early 1900’s. Wiesbaden is also famous for its thermal springs and therapeutic spas as the city was built on extinct volcanoes.
It's definitely worth a sightseeing tour!

Clay Kaserne
LOCATION
To serve the military community better, in Jan. 2022 VauntCourier opened an additional Tax Preparation Office located on USAG Wiesbaden, Clay Kaserne, Bldg. 1046. This was made possible in cooperation with the Exchange Wiesbaden.
The Lucius D. Clay Kaserne has a long history. In 1929, the Wiesbaden-Mainz airport was opened on the former racetrack. Subsequently, it was designated a Fliegerhorst (air base) in 1936 prior to WWII. The Fliegerhorst Wiesbaden was occupied by advancing American soldiers in late March 1945. In 2012, the former “Wiesbaden Army Airfield” was renamed Lucius D. Clay Kaserne and became the Headquarters of U.S. Army Europe.
