Is this a new On-Post Tax Office?
The VauntCourier office on Clay Kaserne opened its doors for the military community in 2022.
Is VauntCourier part of the VAT, Legal Department, or Wiesbaden Tax Center?
No, we are not affiliated with the VAT or Legal Office. VauntCourier is a private Tax Service contracted and “approved” through the Army & Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES).
Do to issues with manpower and complexities of military tax situations, free tax services including the Wiesbaden Tax Center were withdrawn from Wiesbaden in 2019.
How much does your Tax Service cost for a Tax Return in 2023?
Our rates for a standard Tax Return are $140 for Federal and $100 for State as outlined in detail on our Tax Services page. Based upon your tax situation, rates may however vary. Part of the VauntCourier brand promise is to always be honest and transparent about our service pricing. Therefore, we will be happy to provide you with a cost estimate in advance based on your personal tax situation.
How and where are you available and what services are provided?
At the Clay Kaserne office we provide Tax Preparation Services only from January to end of May (Tax Season), on TUE, WED and FRI, 09:30 – 16:30 CET. VauntCourier Tax & Financial Services is not only available during the Tax Season, but also year round by appointment at either our Wiesbaden (in close proximity to Hainerberg) or Clay Kaserne office.
Our Tax Service Office is located on the 2nd floor at Lucius D. Clay Kaserne in building 1046 (Troop Store). The entrance is on the left side of the building where the Barber Shop is located.
